Super Lawyers names Virginia's rising legal stars through an independent research process conducted by Law & Politics magazine. Candidates are either 40 years old or younger or have been in practice for no more than ten years. Approximately 2.5 percent of lawyers in the state receive this distinction.
The 2008 Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Stars will be recognized in a special advertising section in
Richmond Magazine in July, as well as a separate magazine publication,
Virginia Super Lawyers 2008.
