Leigh Rhoads Strelka has joined Gentry Locke Rakes & Moore, LLP as an associate attorney in the Labor and Employment and Commercial Litigation practice groups.
Strelka has served as a federal judicial clerk for the Honorable James C. Turk, Western District of Virginia, and as a federal pro se law clerk in the Western District of Virginia. She also served as a summer law clerk for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Virginia.
Strelka, a native of Radford, Va., graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee in 2003 and received her juris doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2006. She was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi and Phi Beta Kappa Honor Societies, and served as president of the Mortar Board Senior Honor Society at the University of Tennessee.
