The Aviation Law Team at the Roanoke, Virginia law firm of Gentry Locke Rakes & Moore has launched a web site devoted to the complex practice of aviation litigation, which includes plane crashes, airplane accidents, pilot negligence, and defective products relating to airplane equipment.
The site, which can be reached by going to www.GLRMaviation.com or www.AviationLawTeam.com, delves more deeply into the field of aviation law, and provides information on what to do in the event of a plane crash. Through videos featuring aviation investigation experts, attorneys and clients, the site imparts a great deal of information on how plane crashes affect those left behind.
Over three dozen videos are available help plane crash victims and families of plane crash victims understand more about airplane crash investigations, jurisdiction in airplane crashes, the technicalities of equipment, weather, wildlife ("bird strikes"), pilot performance, as well as the litigation process and estate and tax ramifications from settlements.
