As a member of the Labor and Employment and Commercial practice groups and head of Gentry Locke’s Staffing Law practice, Diane represents companies in issues such as employment and labor, social media, contract negotiations, transactions, franchise law, receivables financing, and general corporate matters. She has broad experience in the contingent work force industry, having represented staffing companies and their vendors for over 20 years and having served as general counsel for a large, publicly traded national staffing company prior to entering private practice.
